NURSERY RHYMES WORKSHEETS COLLECTION 1

There are many different ways to teach nursery rhymes to children. Once teacher introduced a rhyme, children could sing alone with her. Encourage children to listen and repeat the rhymes for several times.
Printable nursery rhyme worksheets are one of the literacy tools that help children to learn these rhymes well.

Here I selected 6 well-known NURSERY RHYMES which are popular among young learners to make my first collection of nursery rhymes worksheets. These worksheets are highlighted with colors, count and write, Circle the odd one, write missing letters,  and more.

First 6 Nursery Rhyme worksheets are:

1. Chook….Chook……

2.  ABCD Alphabet Rhyme

3. Rain Rain Go Away

4.TWO LITTLE DICKY BIRDS

5. Chubby Cheeks

6. The farmer plants the seeds

3 LETTER SIGHT WORDS

The Dolch-Sight Word List is a list compiled by E.W. Dolch in 1936. The list contains 220 commonly used words that should be recognized by "sight” for "fluent" reading. Dolch sight words provide an excellent base for reading at an early age. They are often called sight words because some of them can't be sounded out, and need to be learned by sight.

This list is traditionally divided by grades as Pre-K, KG, First Grade, Second Grade, and Third Grade. But many of the school schemes try to finish the list by end of first grade.

I mainly focus on Pre K and KG lists, which will be used for my children. There are 40 words for Pre-Kindergarten and 52 words for Kindergarten.

Here I created a list of DOLCH SIGHT WORD LISTS and Flashcards only for 3 LETTER SIGHT WORDS (Both Pre K and KG) with blue polka dot frame.

HOW WE GO HOME

The most important thing that a teacher has to worry about on the first day of school is how each child entrusted in his/her care will go home at the end of the first day.
After seeing many pictures on HOW WE GO HOME, I created my own chart and transportation cards.
By making, HOW WE GO HOME clip chart, an easy way to keep track of how your students go home and clip the student names with clothespins. I love it because I often have students change their mode of transportation throughout the year, I simply move their clothespin. Easy! These transportation cards also can be used as backpack tags.

You  can always  modify this the way you want, adding many more things.
